Hi, I’m Tsgoyna Tanzman and I’m a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist and an expert in helping people eliminate unwanted habits like NAIL BITING and limiting beliefs.
For more than two decades I’ve coached and rehabilitated people with Traumatic Brain injuries as well as healthy successful people who occasionally get stuck or debilitated by limiting behaviors.
I like to say you don’t have to have a brain injury to damage your brain. We all do that from time to time by our limiting beliefs and behaviors.
I know this personally.
I was a successful Speech Pathologist, world traveler, speaker and author and by all evidence I appeared to be living a happy and independent life.
But I was silently suffering and hiding.
For over 40 years, when nervous, stressed or bored, I picked the hair from two of my knuckles and rubbed the skin on my thumb raw till it bled.
As a child and yes, gulp I will admit, till late into my teens, I was also a thumbsucker. I tried lots of different techniques from bandaging my fingers to snapping rubber bands, but I always went back to what soothed me—picking and rubbing.
One day I summoned the courage to seek help. I’d had enough!
I volunteered to be the subject of a demonstration of a technique to eliminate unwanted habits during my training as a Master Practitioner of NLP.
Though it was embarrassing to stand in front of a room of my professional peers, more than anything I wanted to be free of this awful habit.
What happened was nothing short of AMAZING!!! I stopped then and there. As an author, book signings were now something I enjoyed as I confidently signed my name and handed over a book.
As a result, I am passionate about helping people take a problem that has plagued them for so long and ELIMINATE it!!!
It is gratifying to see people realize their inner strength, reconnect with themselves and find love and acceptance and of course have BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY NAILS.
Seriously, two 45 minute sessions with Tsgoyna and my 50 plus year chronic nail biting habit has been banished. No more ragged embarrassing nails. I’ve tried dozen of “cures” this one addressed all the unconscious behaviors and replaced them with calm hands and pretty nails :)) I am actually amazed, shocked and immensely grateful. Nail biting was a constant reminder that I had a bad habit that I tried to break 1000x and failed every time.
